The manager was extremely kind and helped us sort out a few small problems. I appreciated the decision to reopen just one floor after the long closure and change of management, so they could begin with a manageable number of guests and work through any operating issues. There were very few guests during our two nights, July 21st to 23rd, and we felt comfortable. The hotel had reopened a month earlier, and the space looked newly renovated, clean, and well cared for, though not everything was operating yet. I stayed with my daughter in a double room. It was comfortable and very nice, with a little terrace looking out at the Pale di San Martino. Breakfast was very good and my daughter loved it, though the buffet selection was limited and mostly sweet. You could ask the staff for savory options, but I don't think there was much to choose from. The hotel has a restaurant, which I didn't try. Because of delays with the internet provider, there was no internet yet, so neither Wi-Fi nor POS was available. My only small suggestion is to stock more soap and shower products in the bathrooms. I expected to find everything there and had to buy them on the fly. The staff were friendly, kind, and always available, which made our short stay more enjoyable. I think the new management is heading in the right direction, and I'd definitely return if I get the chance.
