We were here for ski races with a large group, and everyone had different needs, from ski preparation and unusual schedules to food allergies. The owners handled them all thoughtfully and really well. We had storage space for skis, and a rich, excellent breakfast that suited different tastes was served early. A diabetic guest was given a room with a refrigerator for medication. At the end of our stay, we could use our rooms to change before the trip home. Dinner was excellent, with a vegetable buffet and a wide choice of three first courses and three second courses each evening. They also prepared special meals for someone with allergies and for children who didn't like the menu dishes. Some rooms could use a bit of renovation, but the owners were so helpful and considerate that we could overlook that. A heartfelt thank you from G.S.A. SOVERE and CERETE SKI CLUB. We felt at home.

The welcome was warm, and the place was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, and lunch was excellent.

The hotel is in an excellent location, with large rooms and bathrooms. Management is friendly, and I’d recommend it for older guests. The restaurant feels like it’s still being run as it was in the 1980s, without updates to the menu or presentation. The dishes aren’t consistent in either quantity or success. The meat is always tender, though, and the desserts taste authentic.

The staff didn't make us feel welcome, and the food was mediocre with very little variety. My room also fell short of what I'd expect from a 3-star hotel, despite the rating it advertises. Poor value for money. I wouldn't recommend it.

The food was excellent, and the staff were consistently courteous and ready to help. Everything was very clean and well kept, and the location made it easy to reach the San Martino ski area and lots of excursions. We'll be back. Carraro Family, Padua
