Mr. Rocco was incredibly helpful with suggestions, restaurant bookings, and more. We spent four nights in an apartment that suited us perfectly, with a modern bathroom and very comfortable beds. There was water in the fridge, a coffee machine, a water boiler for tea, and the usual cooking equipment. Heating and air conditioning were available, though we didn't need either. If we're back in Trapani, we'll stay here again.

Al Bastione Imperiale caught my eye in the photos, especially the antique furnishings, and the rooms looked just as splendid when I arrived. The Italian antiques, tiled floors, chandeliers, and hand-blown lights all fit together beautifully. Even the junior suite was spacious, and the rooms had real Italian charm. The older owner took great care to explain everything in broken English and even set up German Sky TV channels, though I didn't need them. He also shared tips on pizzerias and things to do nearby. As an experienced traveler, I was looking for an inexpensive B&B for two nights during my tour of Sicily, and I'd highly recommend it.

This was my second time here, and I highly recommend it. The rooms are cozy and right in central Trapani, just a three minute walk from the beautiful pier. The owner speaks Italian and English and is very supportive and helpful. On arrival, there was cold water in the fridge, free bikes to borrow, and a nice selection of breakfast supplies.

We ended up at Bastione Imperiale after our first B&B booking didn't work out, and it was a great place to stay. The rooms were huge, with clean beds and bathrooms. Breakfast was brought right to the door, and there was water in the fridge. The service was phenomenal for the price. I assume he was the owner, and despite the language barrier, he was very helpful.

Loved the big, beautiful apartment in old Sicilian style. It was cozy and clean, and still had air conditioning. Really great host and perfect service. 👌😉
