The staff were incredibly rude, and the small, dirty rooms didn't match the Booking.com listing at all. It said there would be two beds, but when I asked about it, the host was aggressive and rude. After speaking with Booking.com support, they demanded extra payment. The place was unfriendly and not as described. Avoid it at all costs. Check the owner's replies to other reviews too, they're rude and dismissive and never admit fault.

The roof terrace is lovely, and the apartment is clean, has air conditioning throughout, and even comes with a washing machine. It's in central Trapani, within walking distance of the port and old town. The main street location does mean there can be quite a bit of noise at night. Communication before and during the trip was great, especially from Martina, who was incredibly helpful. We also booked a cruise to the Egadi Islands through them. It was a wonderful day, with lots of swimming and snorkeling, lunch on one of the islands, and an apperatif in the evening.

A really nice apartment close to the old town, with friendly hosts. I recommend staying here for a holiday 😉😉😉

It's a small apartment, but the price is good. The location is decent, though it's a 15-minute walk to the historic center.
