The owners were wonderful, and the apartment had every comfort. It’s a fabulous spot, just a few minutes’ walk from the center and Trapani’s great restaurants. There’s free parking a few meters away, and from here you can get to the lovely beaches of San Giuliano and Erice.

The location worked well, with a supermarket around the corner and the beach, harbor, and city center all an easy walk away. Inside, though, the apartment was very dated and badly in need of renovation. The bathroom drain was completely clogged, towels were provided sparingly, and the only cookware was old pots and pans that made me not want to cook. The oven was probably broken for a while, and the ventilation smelled awful. Antonio offered us some Sicilian bread, but we never got it. Why bring it up and then not follow through? Renovating and refurnishing the place would make a big difference. Regards.

There’s free parking nearby, and the apartment is central, comfortable, and has everything you need. The owners are friendly and very helpful.

Trapani is a beautiful city, but like other places in Sicily, it’s sadly poorly maintained. I strongly advise against booking the Three Sails apartment. It doesn’t meet health, safety, or hygiene standards, and shouldn’t be offered as an option.
