Casa Vacanza Centro Trapani

It's a beautiful area, and the shower is a great size, North American style. Still, our bedroom heater didn't work, so it got pretty chilly at night, and I didn't find the bed very comfortable. Parking is hard to find.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great. We could eat it on our private terrace or the shared rooftop one. Our first room was small but well organised, with the extra perk of a huge terrace furnished with comfortable seats, lighting, and even a TV. After our flight was cancelled, we changed rooms and spent three more days in a suite with a kitchen, washing machine, lounge and dining area, and big bedroom. Everywhere was spotless, the air conditioning worked well, and the WiFi was good. This accommodation is very well placed in Trapani's Old Town. We had an exceptionally good stay and fully recommend it.

The price was far too high, and the staff were extremely unhelpful. I booked because I needed to work and was assured the WiFi would be fast and stable, but it didn't work at all, and nobody made an effort to help. On top of that, there was a hotel-only power cut in 38-degree heat, so we had no air conditioning either. I don't recommend staying here.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well appointed, and the staff were helpful and spoke excellent English. Zibibbo is in Trapani's old town, very close to the main streets full of bars and restaurants. They bring an excellent breakfast to your room. Happy to recommend it.
