This place worked well for both of us. Cleanliness matters most to me, while my partner cares more about space, parking, and quiet. Location is a priority for both of us, and everything checked out: the location was great, the local beach was five minutes away, parking was nearby, and the windows were the best noise-proof ones ever. It was super clean too. Everything was amazing, including the host's help, availability, and flexibility.

My review is fair and honest, and your reply isn't correct or honest. Nobody tampered with the air conditioning. It was set to cold at 23c, but the rooms took several hours to cool down. You're right that hotels and other rented apartments sometimes use a key or card to control the electricity. But they give you two keys so the air conditioning can keep running. Here there was just one key, attached to the three other door keys needed to get in. There was no kettle or electric coffee maker in the apartment, and you didn't offer one, just as you didn't offer an extra key to keep the room cool. Maybe the air conditioning units need checking, or the cages around them could be removed so the air can flow freely. They make the apartment look like a prison. Why weren't two keys or a coffee machine provided?

The staff made me feel welcome, and the apartment itself was airy, comfortable, and beautifully designed. I was in Trapani a few days ago and booked a place here. The photos really don't show how lovely it is. I’m already planning to come back next year.

The apartment feels new and is in a great spot right in central Trapani. The port is an easy walk away for boats to the Egadi Islands, and buses can take you to San Vito Lo Capo, Erice, Palmero, and other places.
