For the 45€ we paid for a double room, I can see this being a decent option, though I wish the owner would sort out a few things in the room. It was clean, if not as refined as some might expect from a B&B. Breakfast is at a bar about a 2-minute walk away, where you can get coffee and a pretty good croissant.

The floor was wet because the WC and mini-fridge weren't working, and the place wasn't clean either. On top of that, the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows felt like thin slices. Worst experience of our life. I wouldn't recommend it, especially for the price and what it offers.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is central. Good value for money.
