The room smelled of animal urine, though they apparently couldn't smell it themselves. They weren't there when we arrived, and we spent almost two hours waiting at the property. Their manner was rude and aggressive, and we felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. The apartment area has cameras and listening devices throughout. Before that, we'd booked through booking and they tried to get us to pay by direct bank transfer. We refused, and then they stopped replying. Later, when we went elsewhere, they agreed to a full refund. I sent the request as they instructed, but they still charged us and told Booking.com we hadn't shown up. Avoid this place. Edit: The voice message was absolutely not prerecorded, so that claim is a lie. Unless you assume every person is a “Signora” and that she's walking into another room. They ignored our scheduled arrival time for days. We wrote more than once. The WhatsApp messages showed as read, but nobody replied. You're twisting the truth, and lying. You told me directly that we'd get a full refund, showed me how to request it, and confirmed it would come. Then you told Booking.com we hadn't arrived. Another lie. You also tried to charge our credit card after we'd told you not to. You called several times on Sunday night, past 10:00pm. That's harassment. We've filed a legal report about you with Booking. We have all of this in writing. Stop lying and try telling at least a shred of truth. Your reply to my review confirms everything I said.

I can't believe nobody's mentioned the biggest issue here. Some kids blast music right outside, like it's a rave, and you can hear it from inside the room. It's insane.

Parking was really easy, and we loved staying here. The room was bright, spacious, and very clean, with a spotless bathroom and shower. Everything felt fresh and comfortable. The location's great, and the staff were warm and friendly too. My husband and I would happily come back.

Alessio at reception was attentive, professional, and kind, and the welcome made me feel genuinely looked after. The hospitality was so good that, to me, it deserved more than five stars. The property has been recently renovated and feels modern, clean, and thoughtfully put together, with all the comforts needed for an easy stay. It's in a great location and the quality for the price is remarkable. Though this B&B has only recently opened and is still collecting its first reviews, I hope more people get the chance to discover it. Work should bring me back in September, and I'll definitely stay here again. Thank you for the warm welcome.
