The setting was wonderful, with fabulous surroundings, a beautiful sea, and food that's hard to find anywhere else. We were made to feel completely at home by fantastic owners, and the hospitality was like nothing I've had before. It's a great fit for families and young people. The location works well between Palermo and San Vito Lo Capo, and Palermo airport is just 10 minutes away. A perfect place, and I recommend it 100%.

The sea is right nearby, and you can get to some of the prettiest spots in a short drive. We spent three days with this warm, kind, helpful family and felt very well looked after. Our double room had its own bathroom and a little refrigerator. The bed was really comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Air conditioning had been left on, though we didn't use it since the nights were cool enough to sleep soundly. We could use the whole garden, including its fruit trees. 🍋😃 I absolutely recommend it. You'll love Mr. Franco and his wife. 💓💓💓💓💓

The sea is only 50 meters away, with a sandy beach, and the location is so convenient and well placed. The owners really spoiled us. Just wonderful, top-notch in every way. I think everyone should come here.

We were there for four days and the time flew by. The sea is gorgeous and just 180 meters away. The staff are all family, and they were friendly and ready to help. We promised ourselves we'd return. Recommended for families.

The rooms were only so-so, and the bathroom was large but unbearably hot. The house felt like an oven, the stairs were awkward, and the refrigerator smelled bad and was rusty. They describe it as sea-facing, but the sea is well over 250 meters away, with a view of it only through the windows. There was no card terminal and no receipt. The bathroom, stairs, fridge, distance, payment setup, rooms... definitely a place to miss. We left before...
