The breakfast was lovely, and the hotel had a peaceful feel with a beautiful view of the lake. My only complaint was the restaurant, which felt overpriced. €20 for three small pieces of octopus with two spoonfuls of mashed potatoes seemed a bit much. I believe the restaurant is separate from the hotel.

The gentleman who checked us in was especially kind and helpful, and you can feel how much care has gone into all the little details of the hotel. We had an absolutely amazing stay and couldn’t recommend this place more. We’ll definitely be back!

The food was so tasty, from spaghetti and pizza to whatever else you might want. The rooms are beautiful, like being in a five-star hotel. This year I got to relax at this chic hotel in a great spot beside the lake. The lake and mountains are beautiful, and the air smells wonderful. Just wonderful!

We had a lovely room with a really big balcony, and the pool area was very nice too. There’s a bar, restaurant, and Pizzeria in the hotel. Everything was clean and well kept, right beside the beautiful lake. We brought our dog and found it perfect for dogs. We’ll come back.

My wife went to ask about the hotel costs, and before she could even open her mouth, the receptionist responded rudely with an angry face: "Ha superado il toilet, sono di quella parte". I came for the first time today with my wife and a friend from England, and the hotel receptionist was extremely rude. He didn’t acknowledge guests and had a very aggressive attitude toward people. Awful customer service from him. I have to say, though, the girl in the cafe was very friendly and well mannered, even while alone with a lot of people and no help.
