We had a pleasant week in this beautiful house with our dog, with Lake Maggiore and Varese both close by car. There was a gas outage on the street, but the owners were quick to respond and did what they could to get everything working again as soon as possible. I highly recommend the place.

Shops and shopping centers are close by, though you'll need a car. The place is quiet and relaxing, near the region's lakes. We were welcomed warmly and given a quick tour. The hosts speak Italian and English, with a little French too, and do their best to make themselves understood. They're easy to reach if guests need anything. The accommodation is clean and practical. Highly recommended.

It feels like having a home to yourself: you get a whole floor of the house with a garden, and you're on your own. The detailed decor gives the place a distinct, personal feel, and the quiet rooms have everything you need. The hosts are kind, delightful and engaging people. We'll definitely come back, and it's worth trying for the pleasure of getting to know them.

A handy location and especially nice in summer. Just right for a weekend away.
