Fabio and Roxanne were wonderful hosts, so kind and gracious. My son and I stayed three nights in October 2023, and loved the grounds and their breathtaking scenery. Our room was spacious, very clean, and modern. Fabio made delicious coffee and Expresso. The hospitality was like no other. We'd recommend it to anyone. Thanks for having us!

The staff were excellent, and we had very good service and a lovely dinner. Our double room with its own shower room wasn't huge, but it was clean and smart. Amazing place.

Fabio made us feel at home during a difficult vacation. Our car broke down, and even though we contacted him at the last minute, he welcomed us without knowing how long we'd need to stay. He went out of his way to help, taking us to the mechanic and all the way to Macerata so we could rent a car. He's truly a HEARTFELT person. The property is beautiful, with a pool and fantastic views. The food was excellent, much of it grown and made on-site. Do try the fresh tomato gnocchi! We arrived on August 10th, around the night of San Lorenzo, and spent the evening in the garden by the pool watching shooting stars. It was truly evocative. Five stars don't come close to showing how at home his hospitality made us feel. I highly recommend visiting!

The rooms were spotlessly clean and the value for money was excellent. This charming estate sits among the greenery. We'd gladly return, especially for the owners' kindness and helpfulness.
