It’s worth remembering this is a bed and breakfast, not a hotel. Breakfast was simple, though she offered eggs and warm croissants. Our hostess was very kind and attentive to what we needed. It was affordable and just a short walk along the lake to the main street. My wife and I loved how cozy and peaceful it felt.

Louisa was a wonderful hostess and had plenty of helpful information and tips for all the places we planned to visit. The place itself was cozy and very nice, and it was quiet too.

The breakfast was a disappointment: very little choice, dry bread, and one day they even ran out of supplies. Our room and bathroom also went uncleaned for the entire four-day stay.

Our host made us a magnificent breakfast, and we enjoyed it with a lovely view over Lake Como. She was caring and attentive while still giving us space. The bathroom was very luxurious, though it was separated from the bedroom rather than enclosed with it. We had a great time on our Como vacation and I’d recommend it a thousand times.

The owner speaks excellent French, and the welcome was so warm and friendly. Breakfast was generous too. It’s a quiet cottage in a good spot, just a five-minute walk from restaurants. Highly recommended.
