The terrace overlooks the lake and the location is great. Our family came for lunch when it wasn't very crowded and asked for a table at the front. Nobody served us. We asked for the menu, but no one came to take our order, while later arrivals got their drinks straight away. There were plenty of staff around. After 30 minutes without any response, we left. That was childish and unprofessional behavior.

Getting up here takes a while, but it's absolutely worth it. The hotel is secluded, with stunning views across the whole of Lake Garda. We also loved the staff, who were so friendly and always ready to help. We highly recommend staying here.

The sauna could use some attention. There was no drinking water, the CD player didn't work, and they only left one towel. I got another after asking. The hotel itself has an amazing spot overlooking Lake Garda.

The trip up and back down was lovely, and the views were wonderful. Just be specific about what you want to eat.
