I'd rate it 6.7/10. We paid 65 euro a night in September, which was fairly low and good value for the price. There’s a lot to do and the facilities look good. Still, it feels more like a 3-star hotel than a 4-star one, with the building's age showing in the older shower and kitchen, plus thin walls.

The mountain view was the best part and made the place feel beautiful. Our flat was fine and clean, though not new. Letting in some fresh air made it comfortable. The tennis courts were clean and in very good condition, and the trees and hedges around the pool gave it a calm, relaxing feel. The pool suits different ages, with shallow and deeper sections. You can swim, though it's not a long lane. There’s also a kicker, mini-golf and table tennis, which gave us plenty to do with the kids. You'll need a car to get groceries or explore places like Limone and Riva.

We had a very nice stay in a clean, comfortable two-bedroom apartment, with a big balcony for meals or relaxing in the sun. The place was welcoming, and reception was friendly even though we didn't arrive until 21.00 on Sunday. The surroundings were pleasant, and the facilities were good. It's high in the mountains, so it's ideal if you're after mountain views. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for what we were.

A nice place with a fantastic view, if you're willing to drive up the mountain. The food was pretty good and the facilities were nice. Service was okay, though it could be better. Don't bother with the wellness area, it was terrible.
