Pieve is a lovely, cozy village, with nice restaurants, the creepy terrace, and a nice shop selling F1 and car scale models. The apartments are good and everything seems well cared for. The swimming pool upstairs is beautiful too. What a lovely place.

The drive in by car is an adventure worth having :). Pieve di Tremosine is just a five-minute walk away, with nice restaurants, wine bars, and a viewpoint with a stunning view. The residence suits a Garda trip if you want to avoid noise and lots of tourists passing your window. We stayed in the newer part of the building, in a clean apartment with the basic kitchen utensils you’d need, and nothing beyond that. It did have two kinds of coffee maker. The balconies look out over the valley, so the view is lovely, though you can’t see the lake from there. There’s a nice pool above the building, where you can see the lake.

The rooms and location were okay, nothing particularly special, but the service was extremely poor. We paid for one room and were given one with fewer beds. The owner was mean and arrogant, and didn’t see any problem with it.
