The kids were clearly welcome here, and the wellness area had space for both them and adults, including a 16+ section. Mini disco and other activities with the great animator Luca were the highlight. Our three rooms were all nicely designed in Alpine style and worked perfectly. The whole hotel was spotless, and reception staff were helpful. Breakfast was fine, while dinner and the local dishes were great, with gluten-free options too. Restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and always seemed ready to help. The hotel is also not far from the slopes. Thanks to the whole team, especially Gabriela for the warm atmosphere.

We stayed three nights in July and would happily return, maybe next year. The restaurant food was really good quality and, we thought, good value. From Vason, the surrounding Dolomites looked stunning. Everyone on staff was friendly and attentive, our room was comfortable and nicely presented, and the pool was great for us and our son.

We’ve stayed here twice now for family ski trips. The resort nearby is family friendly and not too crowded, and the hotel is close by. Service is very friendly, the food is good, including the three-course dinner, and the wellness centre and pools are well equipped. Recommended if you’re in the area.

The location is beautiful, and the bus down the mountain to Trento is comfortable with lovely scenery along the way. There isn’t a lot of transport, though. Our room was spacious, with a decent-sized bathroom, and the food the hotel offers is incredible.

We’re on the all-inclusive plan, with beer, wine and soda included. Just be aware that sugar-free soda isn’t included. The food is great and there’s a reasonable selection. A fine hotel with cozy rooms.
