Casa Bacca apartments

Andrea was warm, friendly, and quick to respond. The place felt brand new and was very clean, easy to find, and well placed near the station, with a pleasant walk into the town center.

Really excellent.

The host was genuinely kind and helpful, and the apartment itself is modern, bright, and roomy. We stayed four nights with our six-year-old, and the central spot put the Duomo, station, restaurants, shops, and main sights just steps away. The kitchen had the dishes and glasses we needed, and the space would work for a longer stay too. Cleanliness was the main problem. Our first apartment was very dirty, with hair around, floors that hadn't been washed, and marks on mirrors and other things. We mentioned it the next day and were moved to the available apartment next door. That one was more acceptable, though still not great. Later, after we came back from a walk, we noticed a stale smoke smell in the rooms, in the sheets and even the plaster. We didn't want to contact the owner again about it. There were other details that felt careless: the toilet paper in the drawers seemed left by previous guests, the sheets weren't ironed, and the towels and sheets smelled a little damp, as if they hadn't dried properly. The property has a lot of potential, but the host needs to put more effort into the environment.

The owner was very kind and always available, and the apartment was spotless with lots of amenities. It's handy for groceries and right in the center, though access is through a limited-traffic zone. You can request access to unload luggage. There isn't parking at the property, but several paid options nearby charge by the hour. We'd definitely stay here again if we return to Trento.
