Casa Franceschi

The towels were dirty and smelly, and the kitchen sink was absolutely filthy. The apartment itself was dusty and full of hair. We had to wait a long time for the landlady to let us into the place we'd paid for, and then she charged €30 for cleaning. The apartment felt dirty and desolate, and the neighborhood seemed horrible and seedy. Staff should be more careful with their work and leave more than one roll of toilet paper.

We had a really pleasant stay, with the whole spacious apartment to ourselves. The kitchen and guest washing machine were great, and the terrace was a lovely place to unwind at the end of the day. It's a little beyond Trento's center. I did wish there had been a few more basics, such as hand soap and shower gel.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and stocked with useful things like a toaster, hairdryer, and washing machine. It's about a 10-minute bus ride to the main station and roughly 15 minutes to the center. The sofa had a few stains, though, and there was a construction site opposite that began work in the morning without warning. With the windows shut it was manageable, but we couldn't get fresh air. Getting into the building was confusing. We were given a password, but no one explained which door to use or where to enter it. It was also hard to communicate with the owner, whose English was poor or unclear, and we only got the Wi-Fi password after asking.

The rooms were super clean, and the price felt very fair. We were welcomed warmly, and the hosts always replied promptly with clear instructions by message. It felt like a place where everyone is welcome. Highly recommended!
