I paid €80 for a night, and the apartment was almost completely wrecked, with lights missing. The shower was moldy and unusable, which was the final straw. They refused to refund me. Avoid this place, it wasn’t worth it even for free!!!

The apartment has a bad smell that’s barely bearable. It also looks neglected, hasn’t been cleaned well, and seems poorly maintained. I wouldn’t recommend it, even though the apartment itself isn’t bad.

Centro Piave Apartment is well placed for a pleasant walk into the historic center, which makes it handy for a short visit. It has a pleasant atmosphere and could feel welcoming, but several things need attention. There’s a persistent musty smell that remained even after airing the place out for a long time. The floors, bathroom, and fridge all seemed neglected. Some furniture was worn or damaged, and the bed was uncomfortable enough to make sleeping less enjoyable. There’s no shared parking, and the nearby spaces are in the “red zone,” so parking can be quite expensive. The location makes it a possible choice for a short stay, but cleaning and upkeep need significant improvement for it to meet expectations.
