The location was excellent, and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was only cookies, which was the one issue. I did enjoy some of them, though, and they kindly brought out more. Thanks for that.

Really nice place, and the location is very good.

The price is far too high. This is a house, not a B&B, and nowhere did it say the bathrooms are outside the rooms. You end up sharing the house with strangers and have to leave your room to use the bathroom. In our case, the other guests were rude, left the door open, and walked around shirtless. The host didn’t even check on the situation. The host also didn’t ask for a photo of our ID, just accepted the personal details we sent by text. Given what happened with us, I doubt he checked the IDs of our unexpected, rude housemates either. This needs to be reported.

The apartment has no privacy. It’s split into three rooms, with a kitchen shared by all the guests and supposedly private toilets outside the rooms. You have to lock the toilet door both when you go in and when you leave, like in a prison. There’s an unpleasant smell, and the place felt scary. The TV in our room wasn’t connected to anything, so we couldn’t watch it, and there was only a main light, no bedside lamps. The balcony railing outside our room was rusty. We arrived at what was called a “hotel” and found a 1970s building in a scary neighborhood, with nowhere to park. Getting in required a strange code, and the residential building smelled terrible. The elevator was worse, with wool blankets soaked in urine inside. We only rode it once with our bags, then took the stairs to the third floor for the rest of our stay. The owner described breakfast, but it was just cookies, which felt like a joke. It’s sad that Booking still advertises this disgusting apartment. Don’t be tempted by the price. Spend a little more and stay somewhere else. I completely do not recommend it.
