ILIA House & Spa

After a day exploring the Dolomites, the clean, comfortable rooms made for a peaceful retreat, with beautiful design and stunning mountain views. Hotel Brenta Dolomites gives you that along with warm hospitality. Iris Milas made a real difference: she was attentive and professional, gave helpful recommendations and genuinely cared about our comfort. Her efficient, friendly help made the whole visit easy and memorable. I highly recommend the hotel for a top-quality stay in the heart of the Dolomites, especially if Iris Milas is there to assist you.

The breakfast, included in the price, was poor and low quality, mostly packaged products with little choice. Customer service was cold and unhelpful too. At reception I felt almost like a nuisance, and requests were met with little courtesy. I booked based on the 4-star rating and the official website, but the hotel had changed its name without clearly telling guests. That caused a lot of confusion on arrival and wasted precious time as I searched for a place that no longer existed under the name on my reservation. The answering machine still gives outdated information. It was practically impossible to contact the hotel: emails went unanswered, and the phone recording sent me to a website that was just as misleading. There was no mention of the new name or any useful directions, a terrible disservice for people arriving from out of town who rely on official instructions. A hotel presented as 4 stars should at least provide clear, current information. Instead, the management struck me as improvised and unprofessional. It felt like a 2-star experience dressed up as 4. I won’t return and don’t recommend it to anyone.

The food was unbelievable, and the peaceful location with its amazing views made it a lovely place to relax. I’d definitely stay again!

The staff were great and friendly, and it was an amazing place. A must visit, I’d come again.
