Tridentum

I was booking a mini-vacation through Airbnb and, as usual, emailed the host my documents and asked for basic check-in details. I had to leave Rome at dawn with a small child, but got no email reply. The day before setting out, I asked again in Airbnb’s chat and still heard nothing. Their cell phone was always off. On departure day I waited until 11:00 AM without any news. With my child on the train, cold and snow outside, and the Immaculate Conception long weekend underway, I had to find somewhere else to stay. Then at 1:00 PM the host suddenly called from a number they’d never shared, saying everything was fine and the reservation was confirmed. €250 won’t change my life. I hope it goes toward improving internal communication in the business. I’ve already made clear what I think of the host.
