On the morning we left, there was no hot water for a shower in our room. I heard other guests mention the same thing at breakfast. The place was clean and just a short local bus ride from Treviso. Breakfast was included, with a very good selection of fresh food.

The bathroom was too cramped around the half-glass door, and getting into the tub meant stepping over its edge. The floor was very slippery. The rooms are old, the blinds were dusty, and there were too many mosquitoes. The hospitality did nothing to improve the experience. This hotel needs an upgrade in every area.

The restaurant food was good, but breakfast was always cold and didn’t leave me full. Staff were fairly helpful, though there’s room for improvement. It’s okay for a couple of nights. At first glance the hotel seems interesting and to have almost everything, but the room lacked basic information such as gym and restaurant hours or how to get around the hotel. They charge €10 for room service, which I’d never encountered before. I also got a room next to ongoing building work and would have appreciated a warning. When I needed a band-aid, they only had one tiny one. Every hotel should have a decent first aid kit.

Both dinner and breakfast were really good, and I liked the gym’s wide range of equipment. It’s all packed into a small space, though, so it gets very warm. I was there in November. The rooms were good, and the city center is about a 20-minute walk away. I was disappointed that the gym is only open from 7 to 22, and for some reason doesn’t open until 10 on Wednesdays.

A tidy, pleasant hotel with spacious enough rooms, good service, and tasty breakfasts with good coffee. It is a little far from the center.
