We ended Alta via 1 and it had everything we needed for the night: quiet, clean, and well equipped. The bikes are a big plus. For that price, I don't think you'll find a better place in Treviso.

The rooms are very dark, the plugs by the bed don't work, and the shower is tiny. You hear the cars outside from 6AM to 9PM, and the cleaning staff uses a very strong cloth cleaning spray. I'd only suggest staying here in an emergency or if you're on a very tight budget.

The rooms have lovely views and the place is clean and spacious. Getting there during the day is easy enough, and the hostess was very friendly and helpful, though she speaks little English. If you're taking public transport, check the bus routes: they only run until around seven pm, and it's a long walk back from Treviso. I'd recommend the place.

I emailed my card details as requested, but the disposable Revolut card I tried to use couldn't be used for the booking. I saw the payment had been declined and immediately emailed again with my debit card details, but got no reply. When I arrived in Treviso and called, I was told there was no booking, so I was left without a room. Nobody called to tell me the disposable card had been declined. I found out myself and sent my details straight away. I'm angry. This is no way to handle customer service or any kind of business. And please learn to speak English. If you're in hospitality, you need staff who speak it well.
