I didn't go inside because the building seemed so unsafe that even staying outside felt worrying. There was construction underway, which hadn't been mentioned when I booked, and the place looked like something from a psycho remake. The websites show only rooms and no real photos of the exterior. I find that misleading, so I filed a complaint with AGCOM. I'm attaching photos to help other travelers make an informed choice and avoid a similar experience. The idyllic surroundings also include a close view of the majestic Trezzo d'Adda waste-to-energy plant.

The room was minimal, with a very comfortable bed, and the bathroom was excellent. It had all the shower products and a regular hairdryer, not one that only works while you hold the button down. The hydromassage shower was fabulous, though the shower gel bottle was empty. I appreciated the hotel's apology letter explaining that renovation work was underway, but I wish I'd been given a room without issues. There was a large damp mark on the ceiling, and the room smelled odd, like deodorant mixed with smoke. I'm not a smoker, so it stood out as soon as I entered. Opening the door to air it out, I saw an ashtray full of cigarette butts, and the in-room alarm wasn't working. Maybe someone had smoked with the door open. We stopped here because the room cost around €60. I think it used to be an old hotel that was taken over and renovated. The outside gave me a horror movie impression when we arrived. There's no reception, everything is handled online. Downstairs, parking is right in front of the room, with an entrance door, which is great for privacy. If not for the smell, I would have given it 5 stars.

The rooms are nice, but the exterior hasn't been renovated and is at BRONX level. There wasn't a chair or a wastebasket in the room.
