The homemade breakfasts were delicious, and the pies the owner bakes are honestly the best I’ve ever tasted. She was so welcoming and clearly cares about her guests, and we’re very grateful to her. The rooms have loads of character and history, and the courtyard is charming. It’s such a cozy, incredible place. The most wonderful spot in all of Italy, 10 stars! We’ll definitely come back and highly recommend it. 🌟

Erminia is incredibly kind and always available, and she bakes delicious cakes every morning. The rooms in this typical Salento courtyard are clean and well maintained, with air conditioning and a small fridge for guests. The location works well for exploring, just over 10 minutes from the rocky beaches to the east and 30 minutes from the sandy beaches on the other side. Tricase center is charming too, and worth a visit.

Erminia and her husband are wonderful people, always available to their guests. Erminia treated us to her good cakes at breakfast, which was already plentiful. The old courtyard is well placed and the service is good. I recommend it to anyone travelling through Salento, it’s a strategic base.

Erminia puts on fantastic breakfasts, and we had a wonderful time. It was hard to leave. This lovely renovation in the heart of old Tricase brings history and tradition together in a really harmonious way.

The staff were very helpful, breakfast was excellent, and the location is a good base for exploring Salento. The old courtyard has been beautifully renovated, the rooms are lovely, and cleanliness was impeccable. Excellent value too.
