We were glad not to have to find somewhere else to eat after a long day of driving. Dinner was a pleasant surprise, and breakfast had a generous choice beyond the usual Italian pastries, including eggs, croissants, muesli and yogurt. The price was very good for such a comfortable overnight stop. It's conveniently located near Trieste, with secure parking. The place felt homey and was clean, and the air conditioning in the room was welcome.

The outdoor spaces are lovely, and the neighborhood is quiet. Our room was clean and really nice, and breakfast was great. The only small thing I'd change is having an extra key when several people share a room, but it wasn't a real problem. Marco and Marina are the real highlight. They make you feel like family and are flexible about whatever you need. I had an incredible stay and will be back.

The free parking was very useful, and the reception staff were friendly. Breakfast was fine, served in a spacious area, and the residential neighborhood was quiet. Our family room was quite small. The walls are thin, so you may hear the neighbors talking.

The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, with lovely clean air, so it's a great spot to unwind. Parking is excellent, and they even gave us a nice little gift when we checked out. The staff were very friendly. Our room and bathroom were impeccably clean, the beds comfortable, and there was air conditioning. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Getting up to the accommodation is a bit of an adventure, but the view is beautiful. The gentleman at reception was pleasant, and the breakfast was amazing. The room had been renovated beautifully and was clean. Parking is free.
