Aria di Sale Hostel

The key was faulty and crooked, and after several attempts the agent had to come open the door in person. He acknowledged that he’d requested a lock change and the key wasn’t right. When I turned it, it broke easily, leaving a piece inside the lock. I called the accommodation right away. The person who seemed to be the manager called back, yelled at me, blamed me for the break, and said I should fix it myself before hanging up. I don’t think I should be held responsible for a faulty key breaking in a faulty lock. There were two more inappropriate calls, and, as I recall, the man’s name was Matteo. He hung up again and made no effort to resolve things, leaving me on the street while my belongings were still inside. The lack of respect and customer support was bad, but being left outside without access to my things felt inhuman. It took five hours before I finally got the key, which I managed to remove myself. During the short time I used the accommodation, the Wi-Fi dropped twice, the bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was missing some things. Don’t even think about booking this place.
