We arrived to find we couldn’t check in because our plane landed only 20 minutes before check-in time, so check-in had already closed by the time we got there. We tried to arrange another way to get into the room, but the staff wouldn’t help at all. They were incredibly unhelpful. We lost all our money because there was no refund. Do NOT go to this hotel.

The location is pretty central, which is great. A kettle would’ve been nice, though maybe that’s just the British in me!

Really nice place. The bedrooms were lovely and the bathroom was clean. Recommended!
