Claudio welcomed us and was very kind, with lots of knowledge about the local area. We stayed one night in April in the Dahlia room, which was spacious, modern, and spotless, with a very comfortable bed and great facilities. The bathroom was just as clean and roomy, and the shower had strong pressure. We loved the sea view. Being right on the seafront and about a 15-minute walk from the train station made getting around easy, and the left luggage lockers were handy. You can really see the care and love that go into running the place.

The staff were especially friendly and helpful for a first visit to Trieste. The apartments are lovely, right beside the old city center, with beautiful buildings and excellent restaurants less than five minutes away. Highly recommended!

Senior Claudio made our stay. He greeted us, helped with our heavy bags, and shared more information and advice than I doubt we’d have received at any hotel. He was always there to help us enjoy our holiday, and even arranged a taxi when we left and helped with the luggage again. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Our room at Five Flowers was spacious and comfortable, though the light color scheme isn’t really to our taste. Trieste really is a hidden gem, and we’d recommend visiting the city.

The room was spacious and in a great spot, close to everything important. The people running the place are so kind, and the cleaning staff kept coming in to tidy the bed and restock all the generous extras, including water, coffee, cookies, and lotion. I’m a fan of places that offer a choice of pillows, especially memory foam. They really pay attention to details. I’ll be back.

Four nights in the sea-view room were great. It had everything I needed, the location was perfect, and the price was affordable. I paid 100€/night at the end of March on weekdays. Highly recommend!
