The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom had a good amount of space. It was centrally located for our quick one-night visit, and the kitchen was well equipped apart from not having a tea towel. The washing machine came in handy, though we couldn’t get the heated towel rail warm enough to help dry clothes, and there’s no dryer. Parking is offsite, which seems usual in Trieste. The hosts gave us a discount coupon, but parking is still something to include in the cost. They communicated well in advance, and check-in was easy with a live virtual check-in.

We had everything we needed in the apartment, including a kitchen and washing machine. The reception staff were very friendly, gave us a helpful rundown of Trieste’s sights, and offered a discount for the parking garage. The spot is just a few metres from Piazza unità d'Italia and molo audace. One thing to know: the “single bed” listed on Expedia is actually a child’s bed, not suitable for an adult.

A real little gem right in the heart of Tireste.

Comfortable stay in a good location, with a straightforward check-in and a friendly, helpful staff. The kitchen was decent, though they don’t provide condiments.

The shower room had awful black mold, and the air conditioner was broken and extremely noisy in August.
