Nuovo Albergo Centro

Fine for one night, but everything felt small and basic. The reception, corridors, and breakfast room were all cramped, although the bathroom was large, the shower itself was tiny. There was no luggage storage room, so after checkout we had to leave our bags under a table in full view of the other guests while we went out. The walk to the station was about 15 minutes, farther than we expected, on narrow footpaths. It was tough with a lot of luggage.

The entrance to the building felt dark and gloomy, so arriving was a bit of a surprise in the other direction: the hotel was lovely. Our room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds, crisp sheets, and a very nice bathroom. Breakfast was included, fresh, and varied each day. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, especially Laura, thank you so much. The hotel is well placed in the old city centre for walking around and doing things there.

The reception staff were the best I’ve met in Italy, especially Laura, who was so helpful and kind. The bed was very comfortable, breakfast was great, and the location couldn’t be better. The staff speak perfect English. I’ll definitely be back.

The room was immaculate, with soft towels and a comfortable bed, and breakfast staff were cheerful and efficient. We were at the back, looking onto a small courtyard, so it felt a bit dark, but there was no traffic noise. The hotel is friendly and wonderfully central. We'd gladly stay again, ideally in a front room, and recommend it to others.
