Villa Torre Bianca by Emily Hotels

Being tucked into an olive orchard gave us the quiet escape we wanted, though it was still only about 15-20 minutes from the places we wanted to visit. It felt like having a villa to ourselves. The restaurant served some of the best food we ate on the whole trip, and the service was fantastic from reception through housekeeping. I spent four nights here with my three children, and it was such a good way to finish our trip. We’ll be back.

The setting in Puglia is so peaceful, with gorgeous scenery all around, and Villa Torre Bianca was a wonderful place to unwind. What stayed with us most, though, was how kind and professional everyone on the staff was. Their welcome and attention made everything feel easy and comfortable. Our visit was unforgettable, and the hotel exceeded what we expected. We’d happily recommend Villa Torre Bianca for a getaway.

Dinner on the terrace is something I’ll remember for the rest of my life. I can still picture the sunrise and sunset views, and even the scent of burning coffee and rosemary used to keep the bugs away. The estate is gorgeous, the service was amazing, and it felt peaceful while still being close to everything. I’d recommend the olive tree walk and a stay in the Trulli. I’ll be dreaming about this vacation for years.

Villa Torre Bianca made a great base for exploring Puglia. We could easily get to charming towns, beautiful coastlines, and delicious local food, then return to a suite with stunning views. It was elegant, spotless, and felt like a lovely retreat after our outings. Every staff member impressed us. I won’t call out individual people and risk leaving someone out, but the whole team welcomed us warmly, handled our needs with care, and showed real professionalism and attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, we felt looked after. I can’t recommend the experience highly enough.
