Pozzitello Village

It’s a quiet place, and its main highlight is the pool. Only the adults’ pool was usable for us, as we found the children’s pool unusable. The restaurant, supermarket, café/bar, tennis courts and soccer fields are all closed. Would I recommend it? Yes, though I wouldn’t stay longer than a week.

It’s a quiet, well-kept village with great services and a beautiful pool. The only downside is that the sea is about 1.5 km away, though there is a shuttle.

The air conditioning was the only good part of the stay. The room was tiny and had no amenities, and the bed was right beside the kitchen refrigerator. Housekeeping was awful: the toilet paper roll was empty when we arrived, so it seemed they hadn’t even cleaned beforehand. The sheets smelled, and there were bugs everywhere. The facility is badly maintained. Horrible experience. I’d give it zero stars if I could, and absolutely don’t recommend it.

The restaurant, supermarket and café/bar were closed, so there were basically no services. We might as well have slept on the beach in a tent. At the campsite we paid €25 per person for one night. The bathrooms were quite dirty, and several shower items were broken. Avoid it and look for another campsite with normal prices and decent facilities. I’m not sure whether management has changed, but the place looked run down and abandoned. We did eventually pay, but the card machine wasn’t working, so we paid €50 in cash and got no receipt.
