I don't often leave negative comments, but I feel strongly enough to warn people about this place. I booked a room through Wotif early last August for this July. They took my payment and sent a receipt. Now I've received an email saying there was an error, the room isn't available, and I have to cancel. If they overbooked, shouldn't the booking made 11 months ahead be kept and the other one cancelled? Thanks for listening.

We had a great holiday yesterday at this excellent B&B in Tropea. It's in a peaceful location, with large rooms that have every comfort, and a well-kept outdoor area. Breakfast was good, and the owners are very nice and friendly.

A lovely find. It's just outside the city center, so you can walk there in 10 minutes and avoid the restricted traffic zones. The rooms are new and spotless, the owner is very kind, and breakfast was excellent. We'll definitely return.
