We borrowed parasols and sunscreen, and the host seemed ready to help with requests both big and small. Just ask if you need anything. The welcome was so friendly, and the service was outstanding throughout. They’re a lovely example of Calabrian hospitality and kindness. Breakfast was a feast with a stunning view, and there was a lovely air conditioner. The view from our bedroom was stunning too. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

Our stay felt like being welcomed into a warm Italian family home. The rooms had lots of character, new bathrooms, good Wi-Fi, great air conditioning, and beds that were firm but comfortable. The views of the town and water were STUNNING. The entrance is up a set of stairs from Vecchio Forno restaurant, and the location puts you right in the old town, near the stairs down to the beach. Breakfast was a huge spread every day, with cold meats, cheese, fresh fruit, different yogurts, bread, sandwiches, pastries, and great coffee. Rosalie baked a fresh cake or pie daily, absolutely amazing, though dangerously tempting. That Mama can bake! She left the leftovers for us to graze on during the day. We didn’t see the family except at breakfast, and they gave us plenty of privacy. We can’t recommend this place enough.
