HeartHome is right in the center of Tropea, close to restaurants and the beautiful beach. The apartment was fresh, very clean, and roomy. We especially liked the balcony and the windows that opened onto the streets. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was nice to have the option of cooking some nights. Sonia was lovely, responded quickly, and helped with all our questions. We had a fabulous stay and would happily book again.

The bathroom fixtures were broken, and the shower had dirt and mould. Some cups and glasses still had lip marks on them. After walking barefoot for 30 minutes, the soles of my feet were dirty.

Isabella, the manager, was very kind and helpful, and the room was lovely, with everything needed and a central spot in Tropea. We did find ants in the kitchen when we arrived. I hadn't thought much of it and didn't tell the manager, but it did happen. I’m expecting another, less pleasant call from the owner for mentioning this, since we gave cleanliness a 7.5 in our Booking.com review because of it.

The room is really nice and definitely worth staying in. I’ve given an average rating because staff support was lacking. There’s no reception, and the manager is almost never available to reach.
