The owners are kind, but using the air conditioning costs extra, and in summer it’s basically impossible to go without it. The place is by a very noisy road, so you can’t leave the windows open at night.

A quiet place with a very clean room. The owner was friendly, and I was glad to be welcomed in person instead of dealing with self check-in like at so many other places.

Everything we needed was close by, with shops, bars, and services all within walking distance. The apartment was comfortable, exceptionally clean, and good value, and the owner was friendly and welcoming. Parking is right by the door or available in a nearby lot. Lake Trasimeno is less than five minutes away, and the towns and sights of Umbria are easy to reach from here. We had a lovely stay, thank you. We’ll be back and telling our friends!

We only stayed one night in a mini apartment on Viale Console Flaminio. It was very clean and comfortable, and the owner was helpful and friendly. We paid €50 for two people, with an optional third bed. That price included the Booking.com commission we paid. The location is practical rather than picturesque: it’s on a road in Tuoro sul Trasimeno where cars pass at all hours, though at the sort of frequency you’d expect in a small town. The lake and ferries to Isola Maggiore are just steps away, and Passignano is a 10-minute drive. There’s no breakfast, but the kitchen has a few things to nibble on with tea or coffee.
