The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great bathroom. It could use more outlets for charging all the electronics we bring these days. What really stood out was the staff, especially the bar team. After the first day, they remembered our room number and what we liked to drink, making us feel like family and anticipating what we needed. Despite all the marble and gold plating, the service felt relaxed and casual. Highly recommend, especially the staff.

We were a group of 16 adults and one child. Our room request hadn't been handled as we'd asked in the email, but the reception staff were very kind and sorted things out quickly. The rooms were clean and nice, and the breakfast buffet was absolutely great, with good service too. I'd recommend this hotel and hope to see you again.

The double rooms are really spacious, and the staff are super friendly. I'd only ask for the bar to stay open a little later in the evening and for lunch service to be a bit faster. Small things, though. Staying here was a really nice experience.

The staff were very friendly and did their best, but I still can't recommend this hotel. It's run down, has hidden charges, and the food is mediocre, especially for Piemont. Wear and tear can suit a classic-style hotel, but here, in a modern-style hotel, it feels like investment is lacking. The hotel also charges 25 Euros just to use the SPA. Maybe that was buried in the fine print, but who has time to read all of it, or would expect a fee like that from a “luxury” hotel?
