Valeria made the stay feel special. She was caring, attentive, and always checking that everything was fine. The B&B itself is charming, comfortable, and in a great location. Highly recommended!

The rooms are modern and cozy, the owner is super sweet and helpful, and the location is central. The price is great too ❤️ You can hear the cars and public transport quite clearly, which is the one small downside.

Valeria gave us a warm welcome, told us about the B&B's history as a former chocolate factory, then showed us to our room. It was small but cozy and had what we needed: a comfortable bed, a large window, a roomy shower, hairdryer, towels, TV, air conditioning, and a small fridge. The central location by Turin's Porta Susa station made it easy to get around. We'll definitely return!

Our booking dates were wrong, but Valeria still sorted it out for us even though she wasn't responsible for the mistake. She was friendly and incredibly helpful. We found the accommodation spotless, warm, and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and an excellent location. Balbis Choco Rooms would be my first choice if I come back to Turin. Thanks again, Valeria. Jessica and Enrico
