Be Mate Torino Centro

The service was terrible. I booked on their website, and they canceled the next day. It wasn't clear during booking that giving them my card details wouldn't mean an immediate charge, and that they'd send a separate payment link by email. That setup felt incredibly sketchy. The link arrived at 4:00 in the morning, with only six hours to pay before they canceled the reservation. I contacted them thinking there must have been a mistake, but there wasn't. They didn't apologize for the lack of time or consideration, and just told me to book again, now for 215 euros more than the original price. I emailed again to explain everything and asked them to honor the original rate and the member discount I'd already used. I recommend avoiding this location.

We had five nights in a Deluxe Duplex room as a family of three, with our 4-year-old, and loved it. The front desk staff were wonderful, booking us a walking tour and recommending kid-friendly restaurants nearby. It was a great base for reaching the main attractions on foot. The apartment was huge, with plenty of space for us and enough room for a family of four too. Having a washing machine in the room and a large, clean bathroom was a real plus. We'd definitely stay again.

We'd happily recommend booking here. Be Mate Torino is a fantastic apartment block in a superb spot for exploring central Turin, close to the main sights. Before arrival, communication was excellent, and reception was very efficient. The rooms were wonderful, clean, stylish, and comfortable, with fantastic air conditioning. Thank you, Be Mate Torino!

We spent three nights at Be Mate Torino Centro and had a comfortable, clean room. The staff were attentive and reachable at any hour. From there we could walk to the train station and the town center, and we enjoyed exploring Torino's historic sights on foot. Highly recommend.
