A modern apartment with everything you need for a short holiday. I'd definitely recommend booking it.

Really comfortable and lovely place to stay 🌹🌹. I'll be back one day for sure.

Such an amazing apartment. I'd recommend staying here!

When I arrived for the 3 p.m. check-in, the apartment was in a terrible state: rubbish, dust and bottles everywhere, unmade sheets that hadn't been changed, and a rotten smell. I contacted the number right away. They apologized and vaguely blamed a staff shortage, but couldn't give me a clear answer about when the place would be cleaned and ready. I asked for another room and was told that wasn't possible. With no warning before arrival, I had to find somewhere else to sleep that night. I found the service and communication completely below standard, and thought “Male” would be a better name for the company. It also seemed they had no interest in returning my money. Edit: Thanks for replying, but your response isn't honest. It's unprofessional not to tell customers in time that their room won't be ready at the scheduled check-in. When we contacted you, the only answer was that you had no idea when it would be ready because you were short-staffed. We were there for more than 30 minutes and couldn't see any staff anywhere. Now you say it was ready within an hour, but nothing was happening while we were there. That's a fabrication, and it's a big lie. If you've let down more than one person with accommodation this unprofessional, it's only fair that you receive feedback from all those perspectives.
