I felt well looked after on my solo trip to Torino. The staff pay a lot of attention to keeping the place clean, tidy, safe and comfortable, from the entrance and floors to the shared areas. Bella at reception was super friendly, and everyone was helpful and dolce 😃😃. My room was spacious and fully equipped, warm when I came back each day, and the shower water was good enough to wash away my sadness and sorrow. The housekeeper gave me an orange, so I returned the favor with some candies. Thank you so much for taking care of me. Ciao Bella.

The view wasn't great, with offices right outside the windows, but the hotel itself was fairly clean and the cleaning staff did a really great job. Breakfast was decent, and the receptionists, breakfast servers and cleaners were all very kind. What I really didn't like was the manager. She was exceptionally rude and condescending to both workers and guests, made comments behind people's backs, and was generally excessively loud.

The location makes it easy to explore Turin, and the rooms were clean with great amenities that made the stay very comfortable. The staff were extremely courteous and always ready to help. It was a peaceful, high-quality place to stay. Wonderful experience!

8/10
Staff were accommodating, the facilities were modern and good, and it was quiet at night with a good breakfast. The hotel is great for a stay in Turin, with a few tram and bus lines nearby that get you to the town centre within 20 minutes. Sure value.

The hotel and room were clean, and the service was very friendly, but the price didn't match what I expect from a 4-star hotel. The hotel, room and breakfast were all very modest. By about 10:00 there was no bread left. Scrambled eggs and bacon were the only hot dish, and staff served them. There was just one coffee machine, so people queued for coffee. The tiled floor also carried every sound from next door, including footsteps, chairs moving and people coming back to their room. I wouldn't recommend it as a 4-star hotel.
