8/10
The room rate was very reasonable for such a central spot, right beside Porta Nuova station. Even with that location, the rooms were quiet and in good condition. Breakfast could use more choice. The night porter is always happy to make his drink from the bar in the small lounge by reception.

10/10
I was surprised by how quiet it was beside the main road. The soundproofing between rooms wasn’t as good, though, and I could hear my neighbour’s TV. My single room felt spacious thanks to the high ceilings, and although the design was a bit dated, everything worked well and it was clean. The gym had a good range of equipment, including weight machines, free weights, a bike, treadmill, and elliptical trainer. The location was handy for the train station, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. Staff also knew the area well and gave me some very good restaurant recommendations.

The team handled every request right away and didn’t charge extra. The place was comfortable, clean, and had a nice Torino feel. It was convenient for getting around on foot, and the train was nearby too. All the staff were great.

6/10
The breakfast food was unfrozen and edible, and the gym had amazing machines. Rooms were okay, though a few spots were a bit dirty. The smell was awful. In the end, it was okay 👍

Charming and affordable, with a good location and a decent breakfast. The Wi-Fi was impossible to use. Most of the staff were excellent, though one older man at reception was unpleasant. For bag check-in, they left the bags in the lobby behind a rope.
