10/10
My flight was cancelled, so I had to cancel my booking and never got to stay here. I still wanted to leave a review because the service I received was excellent. Francesco was friendly, understanding, and helpful throughout the cancellation. He made a stressful situation much easier and more pleasant, and his professionalism stood out. I really appreciated the attentive, genuine support.

If you’re visiting Turin, this is the best hotel near the railway station!

The room was large, and I enjoyed having an en suite bathroom. It’s not right in the city center, but still within walking distance.

10/10
We had everything we needed in the room, including a comfy bed. The staff were very friendly, let us check in early, and upgraded us to a king-sized bed. Breakfast had an excellent range, including vegan choices. The hotel is a great base for seeing beautiful Turin, a little way from the main center but close to the station and on a fairly quiet road. Highly recommended.

4/10
The room was clean, and the staff seemed friendly, but I don’t understand how this is rated four stars. It didn’t look like the online photos, and it felt old and in need of reservations. The AC and heating were so noisy we couldn’t use them. There was a lot of loud banging and noise in the evening and morning, so sleeping in or turning in early wasn’t really an option. A large blue light from the key dock stayed on all night, and we had to cover it with a T-shirt to darken the room. The curtains also didn’t cover the whole window.
