Best Western Plus Hotel Genova

The location made it easy to get out and about, and the hotel itself was beautiful. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job. Thanks to the front desk team for being attentive and helpful. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend the hotel. I hope to return.

The location is spot on, and the rooms are immaculate, with lovely views over Turin’s streets. Breakfast has plenty of national dishes to choose from, so there’s something for everyone. The staff are attentive and always cheerful. Parking is clean and well kept, though spaces are limited, so it’s best to get there early.

I usually like Best Western hotels, and this one is in a great location, but we didn’t enjoy the stay much. The hotel’s policy meant the air conditioning wasn’t working, while opening the windows brought too much noise. We also got an unwanted wake-up call at 6:30 both mornings because their wake-up system had a problem.

The room was roomy, with a big bathroom, a good shower, a bidet, and even a little hallway. The bed was comfortable and there were different pillows to choose from. Housekeeping did a great job every day. The front desk gentlemen were all welcoming and friendly. I even got a cappuccino one morning, and Allesandro kindly arranged a late checkout, which helped since my train home was in the afternoon. This was my second stay at a Best Western, and I was happy with my choice again. The hotel has a cosy, familiar feel and is across from the main station, with sights and shops an easy walk away. I’d read that it could be noisy because the rooms facing the road look onto cars and streetcars, so I brought earplugs, but I didn’t need them. I didn’t find it very noisy. A pleasant stay, thank you. Daniela, Germany
