The staff were genuinely friendly and the room was enormous, with a kitchen, a big bathroom, and a roomy entryway. There was plenty within walking distance, and parking was free. We booked the same day for one night, and it worked out better than we could've hoped. Thanks!

The reception staff were polite, helpful, and always available, but that was a very different experience from the rest of our stay. The rooms were clean and the property is new, yet we couldn't get any peace. The person in charge of housekeeping stared at us aggressively and shouted in the halls every day from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. We also saw her humiliate the cleaning staff, and heard a hallway argument where she yelled and used terrible language. The cleaners looked visibly sad, heads down and afraid, as if they might be mistreated at any moment. This felt like an unhealthy environment for both guests and employees. I don't recommend the place to anyone, and sincerely hope someone takes action.

Having a supermarket right next door made it easy to pick up essentials, and we could cook in the apartment kitchen. The location is outside the immediate city center, though there are plenty of buses and taxis, and we found the transport links good. Since Camplus is also a student residence, expect a young, energetic atmosphere. One thing to keep in mind is that room temperatures in Italy are often capped at 22°C for sustainability. We were a family of five in a two-bedroom apartment, and it worked out really well. There was plenty of space, everything we needed, and a small play area that kept the kids happy. The laundry room was a big help on our longer trip, and doing our own washing only cost a small fee. The place is more functional than fancy, but it suited us perfectly. The staff were very accommodating when we asked for an early check-in, letting us settle in around 8 a.m. after a long journey. For us, the value and service were 5/5, cleanliness 4/5, and location 3/5.

It's clean and comfortable, and the price is good for what you get. The apartment is within walking distance of the city center.
