Casa con giardino

The room had useful equipment but felt bare. Staff were friendly. The Wi-Fi was piss-poor, and the garden wasn’t really somewhere guests could use.

There are some great coffee shops nearby, and the bus into central Turin is easy to take.

A lovely apartment and a great host. I really enjoyed staying here.

We booked the apartment for five nights, and the stay was awful. Andrea was unhelpful from the outset and kept putting off arranging the deposit. On check-in day I tried to reach him in the morning, but just an hour before we were due, he pushed our arrival back by about an hour because the place still needed cleaning. The keys were left on the windowsill, so we let ourselves in. There were no handles on either the front door or the bathroom door, and the bathroom had no towels for the shower or bidet. The fridge had leftover open drinks, the bedside tables were dusty, and the beds were singles. The floor felt sticky, and the dishwasher was still full of dirty kitchen things. We told Andrea about all of this. He replied late that night that the missing items would be outside our door the next morning, but they never appeared. A dog in the building made things worse. Several times, we found feces on the stairs. Thankfully the stay is over. I strongly advise against this place!
